The Beer South BUZZ



The Beer South BUZZ is a free mid-monthly e-mail newsletter focused on craft beer news and events for
the 11-state Southern region. Topics include openings and closings of brewing operations, changes in brewing personnel, a calendar of beer-realted events, links to online regional resources and brewing web sites and whatever else seems appropriate. There's also a monthly feature called Profiles in Brewing by noted beer writer Bobby Bush which introduces you to the notable people of southern brewing.

It's easy to subscribe (and unsubscribe) to the BUZZ. Simply fill out the brief Topica request form at:
http://topica.com/lists/beersouthbuzz. Please note that only you control your subscription to the newsletter
and you may subscribe or unsubscribe as you wish. Also, the membership list and any personal information
is never shared with any outside parties.

After you sign up for the BUZZ, your subscription will start with the next available issue. Should you ever
miss an issue or need to review an old one, go to The Beer South BUZZ Home Page to find an index of archived and enhanced versions of each edition.

Submission of Information & Materials

All contributions, especially from brewey personnel, are welcome, whether it's the occasional item or
a regular stream of information. Attribution is provided on request for all submissions. We also are seeking photos of beer-related regional events for the website. If you have images you are willing to share, please let us know. Selection of information for inclusion is the sole discretion of Beer South. Submission methods:

Classified Advertising

Individuals or businesses may place classified advertising in one or more editions of the Buzz.
Ads must be in the form of text (letters, numbers, spaces & punctuation - 65 characters per line maximum)

Rate Card as follows:

One Time Insertion:
- One ad (up to 5 lines) inserted within editorial portion of one edition - $25
- Insertion at end of editorial portion of one edition - subtract $5
- Additional lines (over 5) $3 per line.
- Same ad repeated in same edition - $15 per additional insertion.
  (Assuming first ad is $25.  There is no additonal line charge on ad repeated in same edition.)

Same ad run in sequential editions:
- Rate for intial ad as indicated above
- 10% off on first repeat
- 20% off on all subsequent editions

Multiple ad discount: (Must run in different editions and be placed and paid for before first ad runs.)
- Rate for each ad as determined in One Time Insertion schedule
- 10% discount off total of 3-6 ads.
- 20% discount off total of 6-10 ads.

Deadline for submission and payment is the 10th of each month.
All contracts must be paid in advance before ads run.
Check or money orders only - made payable to Beer South. We can not be responsible for cash sent by mail.

Website Display Advertising

Display advertsing, such as banner ads, is available on all portions of the site.
